The 2025 PACE Summit will be hosted by the Public Affairs Community of Europe (PACE) in collaboration with Il Chiostro and the Chamber of Deputies of Italy.
Thursday, 15 May – PACE General Assembly at the Chamber of Deputies, Rome
From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM – PACE General Assembly
From 5:00 PM – Exclusive guided tour of Palazzo Montecitorio
8:00 PM – Networking dinner at Palazzo Peretti Ottoboni Fiano, Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina
Each year, the PACE Summit provides a space for meaningful dialogue on the evolving practice of lobbying in Europe. The 2025 edition will explore the relationship between ethical lobbying, democracy, and institutional trust, while showcasing how transparent engagement strengthens policy outcomes.
This year’s agenda includes:
Welcoming remarks by Hon. Nazario Pagano, Chair of the Committee on Constitutional Affairs, and Members of Parliament
A closed-door General Assembly session for PACE members
A guided visit of the Italian Chamber of Deputies – a symbolic gesture of transparency and interinstitutional collaboration
An evening networking dinner, uniting PACE members, MPs, and guests from Il Chiostro and the event sponsor Cattaneo Zanetto Pomposo (CZP)
To access the Chamber of Deputies, all non-Italian PACE Members participants must submit the following by 5 May to segreteria@ilchiostro.org:
A valid ID (for security clearance)
Dietary restrictions (for dinner)
Note: Jackets required for men; covered arms recommended for women
Given Rome’s security protocols, please allow ample time for travel:
Arrive at least 3 hours before the start of the General Assembly
Plan to leave 3 hours before your return flight
